The current international pandemic from COVID-19 is currently impacting our business so please be mindful and aware that we are working hard to get your orders processed and shipped in a timely manner. Your package may experience delivery delays.
We process orders within 7-10 business days. Once your order is successfully packed for shipment you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
My package was marked as delivered but I cant find it?
- Look for notice of attempted delivery
- Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier
